Fisrtly i am going to jump straight to my most recent experience, and thats seeing one of my comedy hero's Ricky Gervais at Wembley. sensational show, he's been critisized for this one because it apparently didn't have as much structure compared to his previous shows and yes 'science' wasn't really the focus but it didn't matter because i got to spend 80 minutes or so staring at the man ive watched, loved and in some cases studied for years. my jaw hurt, have not smiled that much for that long in quite a while, brilliant. (huge thanks to my thoughtful friends for making that happen).
... An extra injection of motivation spread through me after tonight, i'm not too sure how, where or when this will happen, but being on a stage, entertaining the good public and turning the dreams to reality is the goal. yeah, its the same odds as scoring from the half-way line but fuck it, call me Xabi Alonso.
So what else has happened since I last posted (2 bloody months, jesus) erm... ah yes chortle student comedy awards went down about as well as Frankie Boyles downs syndrome gag. I didn't even get a time slot for an audition basically. (fuckers) alas, theres always next year. If any of you remember reading about me directing a play for the drama society; well, that went down about as well as Frankie Boyles downs syndrome gag. (can you see the trend these days?) Lets just say co-operative creation difficulties arose and it never went ahead, well done to everyone however for putting in the time and effort to 'ave a go'. Cant win the raffle if you dont buy a ticket ey.
I've decided writing on here once every few months simply isnt good enough and am probably just wasting the good folks at BlogSpot's server space (plug,nice).. perhaps a hint that life just isnt very interesting these days, i have no complaints though ....(apart from being single owning a faulty car constantly worried about money and... bollocks, i've ran out of toilet roll and deodorant, best avoid me tomorrow).
Take Care. back next week (haha yeah right, give it until june)
